In other news, Jerry LA is moving to the ci-tay, his August 1st sublet makes my heart go boom! For his birthday I'm getting him (and b3th who has never seen it!) tickets to Peaches Christ's Midnight Mass screening of ~SHOWGIRLS~!!!!111 August 13th, you are my intended. And I put it notice at my job. I will miss the peeps but the commute is killing me, plus you know.

How twee am I that I was so angered by the SF Weekly's review of the new Tullycraft album that I wrote a letter to the editor? Dangerously twee!

And seriously, a street trolley (ringing bells and all) just went by my window. Mr. Trolley, you are a long way from home.

Sort of loved/hated Z Channel: A Magnificent Obsession. Absolutely loved Mondovino. Any thoughts?

holy moly, showgirls at midnight mass. i havent been to mm in years but i might just go for that!i just watched it this weekend, though. shameful.

I saw it on VH1 while I was channel surfing and refused to watch so that I could enjoy its horrific nature all over again. How are they going to broadcast Showgirls on television, I ask you!

as the guy who does the commentary on my VIP edition notes, the VH1 version is like a completely different movie, about this race of alien women with black bands following their breasts everywhere. . .
